I’m about to make a really inappropriate joke (I know, your shock at that statement is palpable!) so here goes …

The Phillips Head Screw Earrings would make a really great gift for your prim, virginal girlfriend. After all, if she won’t have sexy times with you, at least you still screw her! *Rimshot*

Oh come on, I’ve been sick the last week and a half! I deserve a cheap shot every once in a while!

Jokes aside, I’m actually digging these earrings with their industrial, “every day object” appeal. A classy choice for the chick who’s more tomboy than fashionista, or perfectly suited for a man’s ear as well. Y’know, I could make an equally awful here joke about “nailing” your “stud”, but I’ll hold myself back, just this once. You’re welcome. ;)

Ahhh, Tetris. The maddeningly simple yet utterly challenging game that’s been adapted for nearly every console and gaming system out there. Many consider it to be amongst the top 5 video games of all time – so why not celebrate that legacy by blingin’ it up in sterling silver and gemstones?

My personal favorite (and also the most spendy – go figure!) is the Silver Gem Tetris Ring, with its 28 princess cut gems in a sterling silver band. Swanky! And it’s also unisex, so you and your geeky beloved can get a matched pair. These would make rad wedding bands for a gaming lovin’ couple, so says I. After all, Tetris is a pretty good metaphor for sexy times. Sometimes your “pieces” get into some awkward positions, but with a little rotation it can work out perfectly. Just remember to not get over-excited, or you’ll finish too fast. (Awwwww yeah.)

Remember those totally rad and bodacious slap bracelets from when we were kids, and how wickedly bogus and heinous it was when they got banned in school for being all dangerous n’ stuff?

What’s that? You were barely a just a twinkle in your mama’s eye in the ’80s? Mutter “whippersnappers” grumble …

Well you might not remember the glory days of the slap-happy, snappy wrist cuffs, but don’t despair! (Yeah, you weren’t despairing. Hush up.) These silver ruler cuff bracelets make a swanky, yet perfectly nerdy accessory that takes all the retro coolness of the slap bracelet and turns up the awesomeness factor to 7 – inches, to be exact! Not that anything else on your anatomy has ever been associated with that number.

Oh snap! =)

The other day, I was reminiscing with my love about the obligatory valentines we all passed out in school back in our youth. My favorite were always the Charlie Brown Valentine’s Day cards, which I collected in a pencil box and kept for years. But for the modern lover of all things Charlie Brown, there are some truly sweet and special handmade goodies to choose from, like these little gems from some of Etsy’s creative artisans.

What do pumpin’ Top 40 tunes, the aroma of sweaty feet, and endless Pabst Blue Ribbon have in common? Only the best in quality entertainment for the socially awkward and non-athletically inclined. Bowling! Every geek worth their salt should aspire to have at least one date in their local bowling alley. Talent is optional, but good times are required. Luckily there are some sweet bowling-themed novelties that just may inspire you to strike out on the lanes but score a home run elsewhere. Awwwww yeah. ;-)

Clockwise from top-left:
Handmade Bowling Hat$18.50
Sterling Silver Bowling Earrings$15.00
Let’s Bowl Fingerless Gloves$19.00
